Mint Chocolate Protein Bliss Balls

Good morning, all! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend full of happiness & fun, whatever that may be for you! I’m bringing you yet another bliss ball recipe that I have prepped for the upcoming week! This week I’m incorporating a new vegan protein powder that I’ve been trying out from Planet Protein in the flavor Chocolate Magic!

This company is super unique from many that I have seen thus far and I’m absolutely loving the powder! No, I’m not being paid to say this, it’s just my honest opinion! Not only does the Chocolate Magic powder pack 24g of complete protein, it also contains superfoods like reishi mushroom which is full of benefits! Needless to say, I recommend checking them out to see all they have to offer! Their packaging is incredible, zero waste and they even have a recycle program that you can participate in! They also have protein bars which I have yet to try, but a purchase may be in the near future! Now on to the yummy recipe that I created for you all!

What you will need for this recipe…

  • 2 scoops of Chocolate Magic protein powder
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup banana flour (or almond flour)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (I used 88acres chocolate sunflower butter to make it extra chocolatey)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 10+ fresh mint leaves finely chopped (I used herb scissors to get the pieces super small)
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

  1. Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until it’s well combined.
  2. If you feel the mixture is too dry add more nut butter or maple syrup until it will hold together.
  3. Roll into bite sized balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. It should yield about 10-12 bliss balls depending on how big or small you make them!
  5. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes so they can set.
  6. Store them in the fridge for up to a week.

I hope you all enjoy this recipe as much as I did! I loved creating this one for you all so if you give it a try, be sure to leave a comment down below & be sure to tag me on social media @eatnaturalwithnat! See you next time!
