Chocolate Rose Energy Balls

A chocolatey bite of goodness with a hint of rose!

Happy Monday, everyone! Do you love Monday’s, or hate them? I feel like there is no in between, BUT you can make your Monday’s a lot more lovable by prepping some yummy snacks to have for the week like these chocolatey energy balls! Bliss balls are my mom’s favorite snack to have in the fridge so, I got creative with this one. Not sure if she loved them, but I still got a thumbs up! I give them a 10/10, so I need your opinion! I will leave all the details down below, as always!

What you will need…

  • 5 fresh, pitted dates smashed & diced
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup 88 Acres Dark Chocolate Sun Butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp food grade rosewater (omit if you don’t have)
  • ~1/4 cup goji berries
  • ~1/4 cup chopped (vegan) Enjoy Life chocolate chunks

Get ready to do some mixing…

  1. Start with a large bowl. Chop up and mash the dates well so they can easily be incorporated. I left a few chunks because I like a more chunky bliss ball.
  2. Add in the almond flour, and chocolate sun butter, mix well.
  3. Add maple syrup, oat flour, cardamom & rosewater. Mix until very well combined.
  4. Fold in the goji berries and chocolate shreds.
  5. Roll into balls, place on a baking sheet & put in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  6. Store in fridge & ENJOY!

I hope you guys enjoy this recipe and give it a try! I sure loved this one! As always, if you try out the recipe, please leave a comment below. Don’t forget to tag me in your beautiful creations on social media @eatnaturalwithnat! Talk to you next time!
