Cranberry Pumpkin Bliss Balls

Mid-day snacks are always a good idea, right?

Do you ever have those times where you set out to make a recipe and it just does NOT go your way by any means?! This recipe was DEFINITELY one of those times BUT not to complain. Instead of wasting the ingredients that I had already mixed together, I put them towards this yummy bliss ball creation and it turned out GREAT! Because I didn’t have anything really measured out, I have been trying to recreate them so I can share the recipe with you all and I finally came up with something to share! I hope you guys enjoy!

What you will need…

  • 1 + 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill)
  • 1 + 1/2 cups uncooked old fashioned rolled oats (I used Bob’s Red Mill again)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (or more to your liking)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup sunflower butter*
  • 1/3 cup almond butter*
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter*
  • 1/4-1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup (vegan) chocolate chunks (I use Enjoy Life brand)

*You can use one kind of nut/seed butter or different kinds, it’s up to you!

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl, mix well with a wooden spoon, you may have to use your hands.
  2. Roll into little balls, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Place in freezer for about 15-30 minutes so they can set. Remove & enjoy.
  4. Store in a container in the fridge!

I hope you guys enjoy this recipe as much as I did! If you try this recipe out be sure to leave me a comment below and let me know what you think! Also be sure to share your creations with me on Instagram and Facebook @eatnaturalwithnat ! Talk to you guys next time!
