Carrot Cake Cookie Bliss Balls

Carrot cake in ball form, what more could you ask for?

Happy Friday Jr., everyone! How do you all feel about kicking off your Thursday with these yummy, protein filled bliss balls? I think it’s a pretty good idea, but I may be a little biased 😉 These were made at the request of my mother who LOVES bliss balls & of course I had some fresh carrots that I needed to use up so I thought what better way to use them than in a sweet, dessert-like recipe?! Pure BLISS

Ingredients

What you will need…

  • 1 & 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup cashew butter*
  • 1/3 cup almond butter*
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter*
  • 1/4 cup agave, maple syrup or honey (your choice)
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder of your choice
  • 2-3 tbsp raisins
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (or more to your liking)

*you can use 1 cup of your favorite nut/seed butter, or split it up like I did!

Method

  1. Stir all of the ingredients together in a large bowl!
  2. Keep stirring…
  3. And stirring until well combined!
  4. Roll into tablespoon sized balls (or however large/small you’d like)
  5. Place on a baking sheet & freeze for about 15 minutes
  6. Store in a fridge-friendly container & enjoy!
