Easy Fish-Less Tacos

Quick dinner idea using Gardein fish-less filets!

Are you in a time crunch? Or maybe just aren’t feeling a full blown meal tonight? Then these tacos are designed just for you!

Quick doesn’t always mean processed!

This meal was definitely inspired by 50% laziness and 50% TACO TUESDAY! I always try to figure out different ways to mix up my meals. For example, these tacos! There are a million different ways to eat tacos which is why I thought I would incorporate some Gardein fish-less fish bites into these tacos instead of the more traditional beans and rice or meatless meat crumbles! Another reason is because I’ve been trying to use up some of the food in my freezer since space is scarce in that bottomless thing (lol)!

The finished product! What do you think?

All you need is a few simple ingredients! The part of this recipe that will take you the most time is preparing the Gardein fish-less fish bites that take around 10-12 minutes in the oven!

What you need:

  • Gardein Fishless-fish bites, or fish alternative
  • Bell Peppers
  • Vegan Cheese
  • Diced Onions
  • Minced Garlic
  • Mashed Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Small Flour/Corn Tortillas

Start by preheating the oven and placing those fish bites in there for about 10-12 minutes. While you’re waiting place all the veggies & garlic into a pan and sautée until tender.

Once fish bites are done, remove from oven and set aside. Heat up your tortillas and add cheese for melting.

Smash some avocado on those bad boys, add some veggies, smash up the fish bites with a fork & add on. Top with cilantro & your favorite sauce and ENJOY!
